So important to appreciate the present moment and be able to recognize the importance of this moment even if it doesn't scream any loud wins. Quiet wins are what leads to the big wins anyways.

Totally agree with this 🤍

the childhood bit made me nostalgic. like… i really did believe everything was possible before the world told me to be “realistic.”

I think many of us relate to this. There’s something powerful about remembering who we were before the world told us to shrink our dreams 🤍

Thank you for writing this 🩷

I feel like im always fidgeting, feeling like i need to do something to feel purposeful

I need to stop and just reflect more often🌸

It took me a long time to be able to be present in my daily life for a lot of the same reasons. That’s why I start with what’s essentially a current state assessment, because then you can appreciate where you are right now, how you got there, and then gain clarity on where it can take you. All of it is part of the journey and it all counts.

I love this perspective. Appreciating where we are now before asking what’s next brings so much clarity

"Purpose is not a single point. It’s a series of small moments that shape us."

This line really stood out for me. Great read. Its so easy to focus on destination vs the journey.

Thank you for sharing 🤍 Yes, there’s so much to learn on our journey and it holds much more meaning than we realise.
