Every time I feel disconnected, or something feels off I do a quick 60 sec check in.
This helps me pinpoint what needs my attention the most.
Ask yourself these questions:
Am I making this decision because I genuinely want to or because I think I should?
Have I been listening to my intuition lately?
Does my calendar reflect what I say matters most?
Where am I abandoning myself to keep someone else comfortable?
What currently gives me energy?
What consistently drains me?
What have I outgrown but haven’t admitted yet?
What is one small change I know I already need to make?
This normally helps me to quickly realign my thoughts and actions.
Save this and come back to this check-in whenever life starts feeling out of alignment.
See you in the next one,
Salma

All good tips I’d say tho I’d also say… sometimes when things feel off, and particularly when you can’t see the wood from the trees… it’s helpful to just walk away for a while.
This is a great check-in tip. It goes with my note this morning about checking in honestly with yourself not with assumptions.
